Samsung's Galaxy Note 10.1, which arrived ahead of the Note 2 as the company wanted to introduce the stylus to the tablet, has received an Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean over-the-air (OTA) leak. The device is currently running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
The latest update is not yet available for download OTA or by KIES, but if users decide to get it from the source link (see below), know that the update will only work on model numbers GT-N8000. It is also important to remember that this is a test ROM so a few glitches are expected.
However, if users still want to give it a go, they will just need to follow the source link below and check out the extensive instructions on how to flash their device. If users are not really sure about doing it manually, it is advisable to wait for the official update.
The leaked update can be checked out here.
