Samsung Galaxy S3 is gearing up to get the first Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update. Although the device was rumored to get the official update on Aug. 29, that didn't happen. Now, per reports, the smartphone has received a more stable Jelly Bean build - I9300XXDLI4 - courtesy a leak.
According to reports, the newest build is perhaps the most stable Jelly Bean leak ever for the device. As SamMobile states that this "build is very much near perfect so we believe that Samsung will actually start rolling out the Official Jelly Bean update for the Samsung Galaxy S III very soon."
Build I9300XXDLI4 has brought a host of improvements and tweaks over the last version i.e., I9300XXDLI1. The fixes include an improved Wi-Fi reception, faster and smoother UI, a smoother App Drawer, RAM optimizations, fixes made to brightness issues, and more.
However, it is to be remembered that this is a pre-release version and not the official one from KIES, and some minor bugs are expected. Users should ensure that they follow the Odin instructions and understand the risks that they may encounter along the way.
Details of the leak are available here.
