Pamela Anderson Gives Lecture On Porn At Oxford University: Says She's a 'Hypocrite' For Opposing Porn

Pamela Anderson has given a talk at Oxford University about pornography.

The Baywatch star, 49, used the stage to speak out about the threats of porn - and confessed her sex tape with her former husband Tommy Lee, which leaked in the 90s, made her feel "useless".

"I was told due to my background I had no right to privacy. It made me feel worthless.

Anderson then acknowledged that she'd love to see the world's pornography exhaustion checked as the picture it paints of sex is "a demeaning and hurtful" one.

"I'm romantic," she told the audience. "I am afraid that the world might forget how to make love."

"I'm not a prude and there lays the frustration. Great sex is not porn and when you're treated like a porn star it's not fun.

"It is not fine to be slapped, called a whore and spat on - it's sick, it's hurtful, it's demeaning and it's terrible, terrible sex."

She also felt that pornography promotes violence against women.

"It's not the titillating images," she said. "It is getting violent. I'm worried about violence against women.

She also weighed in on Donald Trump's misogynistic remarks about groping women.

"It's terrible and I've heard other men speak that way, even about me. It cannot be swept under the rug because how we deal with it - how he is... it's not okay.

"So I was completely offended, like everybody else, and I don't like the way he said it was just locker room behavior, because I don't believe that's true of the men who do speak that way.

While some "This Morning" viewers labeled Anderson a hypocrite, others came to her defense, arguing that she has a right to change her views on things.

"Everybody is allowed to change their views over time. Pamela Anderson is no different," said another viewer in a post on Twitter.
