‘Dance Moms’ Season 7 Spoilers: New Season Starts Filming; Abby Lee Miller Makes Kendall & Kalani Do ‘Manual Work’

Contrary to speculations that Lifetime’s “Dance Moms” season 7 would be cancelled because of the low rating and legal problems that dance coach Abby Lee Miller is currently facing, filming has started for the dance series. Miller is seen putting her students to work.

Two of the dancers, Kendall Vertes and Kalani Hiliker, even perform some “manual labor” over the weekend while filming for the upcoming season. The work includes the two elite junior students taking care of several household items such as pillows and towels as Kendall and Kalani maneuver the items into the car’s trunk. Miller posted the photo on her Instagram account.

Clown-Inspired Dance & Makeup

A day before she posted the picture, the students competed in the latest dance battle in season 7 in Panorama City, California. The Dream Dance Challenge where the elites and remaining minis are preparing to compete in has a “Killer Clown” themed routine titled “Clowning Around.”

On a “Dance Moms” spoiler site, it stated the dance was based on recent news reports that several “clowns” have been spotted in cities, attempting to abduct people and bring their victims to the world to either scare or attack them.

Miller gave fans of the show a peek into the routine by posting a candid photo of Lilliana Ketchman with a spooky face makeup. Besides Miller’s snap of Lilliana, Brynn Rumfallo, an elite team member, also shared their team’s photos with the members in full clown costume.

JoJo’s Threat To Leave Show

Lifetime is still broadcasting installments of season 6. The next episode will feature JoJo Siwa as she threatens to leave the reality dance series. The title of next week’s episode, according to the synopsis, is “JoJo is a No Show” -- a dead giveaway confirming her exit from the show, according to Breathecast.

Lifetime airs “Dance Moms” on Tuesday at 9 p.m. EDT. Season 7 is expected to air sometime in 2017.
