As Battlefield 1 is nearing its release date, the hype just keeps building up in the gaming community. Just recently, EA announced that the game will offer rental processes for its players. Also included are new features the have been recently discovered.
Battlefield 1: Boost Teammate Over Walls, Quick Slide
A great addition to the series is the character's ability to do a quick slide and get into cover fast. In order to perform the move, the gamer must press the crouch button after running for a while. The sliding distance may be very short, but it is enough to get the player out of trouble. It is also possible to aim the gun at a different angle when sliding.
Another newly discovered feature is the ability to boost teammates over high walls. Basically, a player has to crouch near a wall and the other must jump over him. While doing that, the crouched player can stand up and boost his teammate up.
Battlefield 1: Rental Prices For Players Unveiled
In the Official Battlefield forum's blog post, both EA and Dice released the details about the server rental prices. These include all the details on the game's version on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Reports say that players on PC are expected to pay more once the program begins next month.
The prices for Battlefield 1 server are the following: 1 Day ($2.99), 7 Days ($11.99), 30 Days ($42.99), 90 Days ($99.99) and 180 Days ($149.99). Both PS4 and Xbox One have the same price ranges. Here they are: 1 Day ($1.99), 7 Days ($7.99), 30 Days ($26.99), 90 Days ($64.99) and 180 Days ($99.99). Obviously, the consoles are a lot cheaper than the PC platform.
It is worth noting that Battlefield 1 players are not allowed to kick or ban other players despite them owning the servers. EA's Kick/Ban feature will come into existence after the launch of the Rental Server Program.
Battefield 1 is expected to be released Oct. 21, 2016.
