Nintendo Switch upcoming launch is reportedly a welcome news for Ubisoft given its long time optimism regarding the new console from Nintendo. According to reports, the game developer believes that the new device will bring notable changes to the gaming world.
Nintendo Switch Features
The expected Nintendo Switch's interesting features and design are believed to redefine the way games are played. Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillermot took note of the fact that the new platform is accessible and seizes on the increasing trend of sharing more gaming experiences. Nintendo and Ubisoft have reportedly worked together for a long time and in fact, currently developing several games for the new console like Just Dance 2017.
In a previous statement released in September, Ubisoft announced that Nintendo Switch is going to put Nintendo back in the race. The developer also cited that the new console's system will be easy to use, which enables a different gaming experience. Meantime, the Wii U reportedly performed below expectations, recording only sales of 13.02 million units since its 2012 launch. On the other, hand, Wii was able to sell more than 100 million units in its lifetime.

Nintendo Switch is rumored to come as console-mobile hybrid that allows gamers to play at home and on the go. The new device features detachable controllers for those who are on the go, including a docking station for gamers at home. While the new gaming platform has been confirmed to come on March 2017, no pricing has been announced yet.

Meanwhile, Blizzard is reported to be hinting on a possible Hearthstone on the upcoming Nintendo Switch. Although Activision-Blizzard was not included on the list of Nintendo's third-party partners, the official Twitter account of the free-to-play digital card game tweeted we see you, which Twitter followers claim is addressed to Nintendo. However, others believe that the post is unlikely to be an official announcement. Blizzard has not given any further comment about the issue, IGN reported.
