Nintendo Switch Update: Pokemon Sun And Moon, NBA 2K17 And Skyrim To Land In The Console?

The Nintendo Switch is quite an impressive release given its ability to transform into a portable device or a full-blown gaming console. Although information about its specs is yet to arrive, high-quality games are expected to land to the platform.

Skyrim And NBA In Nintendo Switch?

In its debut teaser trailer released yesterday, several popular games were spotted including the 3D Mario, Legend of Zelda, Skyrim and NBA 2k17. With the inclusion of these games in the teaser, fans are expecting them to land in the console. However, Polygon reported that representatives from both 2K Sports and Skyrim declined to confirm whether or not the games were in development with Nintendo Switch.

Both companies said, "While we are not confirming any specific titles at this time, we are pleased to announce our partnership with Nintendo."

Other Third Party Games Available In The Console

Aside from the three mentioned above, Mario Kart and Splatoon were also included in the line-up. Each of the games will be showing off the console's features.

The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim offers a first-person perspective gaming. On the other hand, both Mario Kart and NBA will emphasize local multiplayer. Meanwhile, Splatoon makes e-sports possible for the platform and Super Mario remains as the backbone of the Nintendo Switch.

Pokemon Sun And Moon To Arrive in Nintendo Switch?

As if those were not enough, a report from Geek said that the newest version of the popular Pokemon game might arrive in Nintendo Switch. If reports are true, most fans would be squealing in excitement.

The franchise's 20th Anniversary plans to unveil games that are bigger and brighter - Pokemon Sun and Moon might be a perfect addition to the console. Pokemon being a product of Nintendo may rule out a possibility that the game can be played in Switch.

Nintendo will unveil more specific details as it nears its release in March 2017.
