After a series of dramatic and controversial breakup and relationship scandals, Taylor Swift has again found herself hitting the headlines recently. This time, it involved her previous controversial incident where she was allegedly groped by a former DJ named David Mueller.
The incident happened during her concert at Denver's Pepsi Center in June 2013, when DJ Mueller apparently took the meet-and-greet moment to take advantage of the pop superstar by groping her butt. The situation escalated quickly and ended up in a bloody legal battle.
As per The Washington Post, the world-known singer has finally succeeded in sealing and keeping away from the public the offensive photos of Mueller groping her at the after-concert fan meet. Shots had been fired continuously between the two parties and Swift's request to withhold the photos to prevent people from using it in scandalous and prurient activities was finally approved by a judge on Friday, Oct 21. However, that approval came with the judge's decision to reject Swift's request to withhold other evidence, which means the transcript of her deposition is still open for the public.
"Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there. It was completely intentional, I've never been so sure of anything in my life," Swift said in a videotaped deposition transcript in July. The battle continues but the pop superstar has not made any comment about the issue recently.
Apparently, the good news for the Swifties has not stopped there. Rumors have it that the "Bad Blood" singer will release her sixth album, the #TS6, making her fans rejoice and waiting in anticipation. However, Swift has given a statement that the release of her new surprise album may take a little longer because of her decision to work with less pressure.
