Why Tom Clancy's The Division Update 1.4 Is A Make Or Break

Over the past few months, Tom Clancy's The Division has been in a very serious crisis. Most of the fans thought that the game is just a walking wreck. Due to bugs, glitches and issues, many just find it unnecessary to play the game. Fast forward to today, things are starting to fall into its proper places. The forthcoming update 1.4 has just brought back the excitement that the title has failed to offer lately. With so much expectations, it's safe to say that the upcoming update can be a make or break for the game.

Around March this year, Tom Clancy's The Division earned a reputation of being one of the best titles ever released. Heck, even Ubisoft coined the title to be the hottest series they've ever put into reality. Unfortunately, by August, things start to go awry. The devs had to postpone the release of Survival DLC, as they intend to fix the very core of the game.

But these will all be a thing in the past, as the highly anticipated Tom Clancy's The Division update will hit Tuesday next week. With the features it promised, it seems fans we'll be experiencing a very different game. From a new loot system to World Tiers to whatnots, Ubisoft is really taking the title to a whole new level. Hopefully, as what it's trying to achieve, it'll offer a good endgame content.

As what Kotaku notes, the Tom Clancy's The Division update 1.4 is the studio's beacon of hope. That it'll be the fix that players have been hoping so as to give them a new reason to love and enjoy the game. And sure enough, it's the video game company's Ace to help the game move from its eerie limbo.

The most interesting part here in Tom Clancy's The Division update 1.4 is the involvement of the community. Just a few weeks before the release of the Public Test Server, Ubisoft decided to ask help from its player pool. That they'll help the devs in creating the aforesaid update by giving them (PC players) access to the Public Test Server.

Indeed, Tom Clancy's The Division is a very promising franchise. It's just sad to see it drop below the ground due to glitches and bugs. But, with update 1.4, all hopes are in. And only time can tell if all the efforts the community and the devs gave are worth it. The following days are definitely something to look forward to. And remember: if and only if the latest update fails to live up to its expectations, it could certainly be the end of the title.
