Now that Halloween is only less than a week away, most games are celebrating their own unique style of Halloween event where their community indulges on numerous holiday-inspired contents and so on. Apparently, this is not the case in Battlefield 1 fans as instead of finding Halloween candies, players are now in search for what seems to be the game's own version of the Battlefield 4 "Phantom Program."
Battlefield 1 Easter Eggs
EA DICE are masters of Easter Eggs especially with their previous Battlefield 4 Phantom Program where players are lead to numerous hidden contents most notably the Megalodon. Now in the new Battlefield 1, it seems that EA DICE has yet another surprise for all of its fans as it gives another Easter Egg hunt for its community. Apparently, the Easter Eggs are in the form of headphones where players can collect in various in-game maps. Players that successfully obtained the headphones can hear the Morse code messages from military communication stations across all maps.
Here's the catch, it is said that only one headphone can be obtained in a single match as once a player gets it, it disappears for the entire round. Also, the location of each headphones may vary between different servers therefore what you will be seeing on one guide might not work for you. But rest assured that the community is already making a huge compilation of various headphone locations and cracking all of the obtained Morse codes so far. If you're interested in listening and cracking the code (which still remains a mystery to date), TheRadGamerDanTM has compiled them into one single video which can be found here.
How To Find The Headphones?
It's still unconfirmed whether all of the headphones were already obtained but so far, TheRadGamerDanTM has compiled all of the headphones that were found which can be seen on the Youtube video down below. Also, a detailed Easter Egg hunt is currently being recorded in a google doc that's open for everyone to help crack the puzzle faster. The link to the document can be found here.
What do you think is the message behind the Morse codes? And what do you think will the players unlock after cracking the puzzle? Share your ideas in the comments section down below!
