Black Mirror Season 3 Spoilers, News And Updates: Is This The Most Heart Rending LGBT Love Story On TV?

The last episode of "Black Mirror" Season 3 reveals that though there are many intricacies and complications in modern technology, it can be used to bring people together. All it takes is a hopeful vision of the future. This episode shows that people should not lose hope. They should always be in control of their lives no matter what they face.

This Is The Strongest Episode Of The Show

By far, this episode titled "San Junipero" of "Black Mirror" Season 3 is the strongest. It shows how modern technology can bring people together, even those who are queer. The plot of the story is focused on how Yorkie (Mackenzie Davis), a shy and unattractive wallflower, is able to come out of her shell and fall in love with Kelly (Gugu Mbartha-Raw) an outgoing individual.

But as the episode progresses, it turns out that San Junipero is not actually real, but just a virtual reality that was made for the elderly as a type of "nostalgia" therapy. Similar to the online world of "Second Life," those who chose to be a part of it has to enter this virtual reality as avatars. Meanwhile, their physical bodies stay in repose while the session is going on.
