A week before 'Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare' goes to the public, Activision released a live action trailer of the game. Presented with intense actions set in the outer space spiced up with cool visual effects, the trailer is a total lit! It seems like they don't want to fall behind with all the hype going on around the video game industry.
Action-Packed Clip With A Twist Of Humor
"Screw it, let's go to space." The trailer starts with players being fed up with the happenings in the world so they decided to go to space instead. With the Guns N Roses's "Welcome to the Jungle" on the background, you can feel an intense 'Guardians of the Galaxy' vibe while watching all the action. Intended to create humor, they even hired comedian Danny McBride and Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps, who did some sort of 'butterfly' move.
The video highlights the new features available in this latest installment of the Call of Duty series - outer space setting plus new gameplay mechanics including zero-gravity environment. It also showcases cool guns and new equipment such as space masks, boost packs, grappling hook, and of course, fighter jets.
What's On Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare
This installment is also a first-person shooter, similar to the previous games in the series. Since the game is set in space, players are able to navigate to different places in the solar system - planets, asteroids, and even satellites. This is in Campaign Mode.
Multiplayer Mode has a new class system called "Combat Rigs," similar to the Specialist system in Black Ops III. Combat Rigs allows players to choose between six rigs which have different payloads, equipment, and playstyle. Zombies Mode, on the other hand, has a new feature called "Fate and Fortune Cards" with similarity to "Gooblegums" in Call of Duty: Black Ops III.
The game will hit the platforms on Nov 4. You can preorder Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare standard edition for $59.99, or you can choose other editions that include additional content. Take note, for those who want to have the CoD: Modern Warfare Remastered, the game is only available through the Legacy, Legacy Pro, and Digital Deluxe Editions of CoD:Infinite Warfare.
