There's a total of 7 Matches scheduled for tonight's Hell In A Cell Pay-Per-View and as per reports, these are the confirmed results unless WWE creative makes some last minute changes.
Demonic WWE Hell In A Cell
WWE Hell In A Cell is a pay-per-view where most of the matches are being decided inside the demonic structure. Hell In A Cell match was made famous by none other The Undertaker and Mankind. The battle tested legends of WWE who brought their A game during the match. Who could forget the time when The Undertaker threw Mankind on top of the cell to the announcers table.
To this day it is still the most iconic and scariest fall in WWE history. Shane McMahon did it last year in Wrestlemania however, the way Mankind fell is utterly insane. Tonight, three matches will be decided in the demonic structure. The WWE Universal Championship will be defended by reigning defending Champ Kevin Owens against the Crossfit Jesus, Seth Rollins.
Kevin Owens To Retain Title?
Right now, they are leaning towards Kevin Owens retaining its title due to two reasons. First is, Triple H might make his presence felt and will cost Seth Rollins again to lose to Kevin Owens. WWE creative is trying to continue the storyline between Seth Rollins and Triple H; which will lead to Wrestlemania XXXIII. Second, Kevin Owens will win because of Chris Jericho. But I'm guessing it would be the other way around.
The Bulgarian Brute vs Roman Reigns
The United State Championship will be defended as well in a Hell In A Cell match. The Bulgarian Brute, Rusev is looking to dethrone the leader of the Roman Empire, Roman Reigns. This is one of the best rivalries WWE have right now and they are trying to push its limits. Roman Reigns will retain the title as reported but they are considering him to be on the main event again.
Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte
The WWE Women's Championship will be up for grabs when The Boss, Sasha Banks square up with the self-proclaimed Greatest Athlete of WWE today, Charlotte. This is not the first time they will face for the ultimate prize in the women's division. They are the originators of women's revolution and members of the new four horsewomen. Sasha is favored to win the title unless, Bayley will interfere?
Brian Kendric vs TJ Perkins
Brian Kendrick will once again capture the WWE cruiserweight belt from the current champ, TJ Perkins. WWE creative wants to make a trilogy out of this dynamic superstars and they aren't going to change the plan. The Club's Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson will also defeat Enzo Amore and Big Cass. As for the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship; which involves the enigmatic New Day and the team of Cesaro and Sheamus, there are no clear results yet. But my pick would be The New Day because they have Xavier Woods.
On Changing Women's Wrestling Term
The Current Women's Champion as reported, doesn't like the term "women wrestling". She wants the term to be dropped once Hell In A Cell pay-per-view is over. Here's the excerpt on the interview. "We say things like "women's wrestling" and "women's revolution." I hope one day it's not "a good women's match."
I don't want the women's wrestling part. I just want to be equal to my partners. Why can't we be treated equal?I think once we get a women's main event at a pay-per-view and you drop "women's wrestling," that will prove we are on the same level. A couple of years ago, we were seen as the popcorn match or the bathroom break for the fans, and that's not the case anymore".
