With the conclusion of the latest World Championships, it's safe to say that SK Telecom T1 is the best League of Legends team in the world, having three Summoners' Cup in their belt after the last four World Championships. Their iconic midlaner, Faker, is widely considered as one of the best players in the history of League and according to the eSport superstar, he thanked his team, family and most importantly, to a specific gaming mouse.
In his latest interview with Fansided's Blog of Legends, Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok gave the credits of his third World Championships title to his remarkable team and supportive family. Essentially, the first statement was to be expected in any professional eSport player. Having a supportive family and excellent team will eventually give you the edge in the competition. But one thing in particular caught the attention of the many, it's when Faker specifically pointed out the bulk of his accomplishments towards his "sensitive" mouse.
The mouse that Faker is referring to is the latest Razer DeathAdder Elite. This is what Faker has to say during the interview: "I've been using the Razer DeathAdder even before I became a pro-gamer. The DeathAdder Elite has the exact same body as the DeathAdders before it, the only difference is its improved sensor and switches which I noticed immediately when I first tried it. It allows me to respond even faster than I have ever experienced before. It's quite a rush."
Faker and the Razer DeathAdder
Faker is renowned for his insane reaction and swift plays particularly when he's using Zed; which requires amazing plays to properly position yourself both to initiate and disengage as well as dodging projectiles and proper positioning. It's important to note that the Razer DeathAdder Elite has an improved DPI compared to its predecessor, the Razer DeathAdder, but still retained its ergonomic design which is, personally, convenient when using flicker motions of the hands.
With Faker's remarks, Razer may expect a boost of their DeathAdder Elite sales as based on statistics, 80% of the community are essentially enthralled to the peripherals that the Pro players are also using. It seems that we'll be seeing more promotions from Razer in the future with their DeathAdder Elite thanks to the best player of League of Legends.
