Niantic Confirms Another Pokemon GO Update: Most Important Feature Still Not In The List

Niantic recently confirmed the upcoming update for Pokemon GO that adds Daily Quests and Daily Bonuses for users. Many updates have been coming and going but they still haven't implemented an important feature that many if not all mobile games contain. Fans think Pokemon GO needs an in-game news where active events and important notes should be included.

Pokemon GO Should Have Event And Update Notes

To be fair, Pokemon GO should've included a lot of things, like a decent tracking system or a trading system but fans have encountered issues within the game that made them wish they could play Niantic's augmented reality game in more ways than one. One of the features players feel that is deeply necessary is an in-game news feature or some sort of bulletin board where every active event and important notes can be found. So players who simply open the app and refuses to search for updates don't have to keep on guessing what's new in Pokemon GO.

Although Pokemon GO already has a "Receive Emails and Updates" option in the Settings, it's apparent that it's incredibly pointless since no one has ever gotten an email from Niantic regarding updates about the game. Some players who play the game more than most still doesn't think Googling for updates is a thing, so they constantly guess what's new and what's not. Evidently so, during the Halloween event, some players thought that Niantic mixed up the nests and gave more candy permanently.

Pokemon GO Should Have A Team Chat

Another issue in Pokemon GO that the players think need addressing is the Gym Stagnation, where level 10 gyms that are hard for other teams to conquer and harder still for individual players who play alone. Fans suggested Niantic implement a Team Chat feature, where teams will be able to chat with players near them so they can talk and team up against a gym together. As a Team Instinct member who quit because of this issue, I'd be happy to play Pokemon GO again if this gets added.
