According to Motor Trend, the 2017 Chevrolet Camaro 1LE's first drive took place in a location about an hour away from Las Vegas called Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch where it was driven on public roads and a racetrack. It was mentioned in the same report that aside from performance upgrades like the SS fuel system optimization designed for higher load cornering and more, the 2017 Chevrolet Camaro 1LE also got several cosmetic changes such as the black high-flow upper and lower grilles among others.

Digital Trends reported that the 2017 Chevrolet Camaro 1LE was driven along the stretches of a highway just outside of Death Valley. It was said that the ride was a very smooth one as the car also provided ample room in it for legs to be stretched. The same report stated that the track is where the car really showed what it was made of. It was observed that it can easily hit 110mph on straight ways with its 450 horsepower and can turn very smoothly on curves.
Pricing And Market Availability
According to CNET, the 2017 Chevrolet Camaro 1LE is now available. The base price is at $32,895 with optional additions like the Recaro seats, Performance Data Recorder (PDR) and the 1LE V8 package that cost $ 1,195, $1,300 and $6,500 respectively. This will bring the base price up to $44,000.
