Last October 24th, Google started accepting pre-orders. It's offering the handsets in a variety of colors but the one that customers anticipated the most was the one it calls "The Really Blue". This color is a temporary U.S. exclusive and it was the first to sell out when pre-orders were available.
The Really Blue Google Pixel has been out of stock but Google has now announced that it's going to have additional stock to sell to customers in sooner than we expected.
Speaking to us, a Google spokesperson officially stated their plans to restock the Really blue Pixel on the Google Store, and customers who are hooked in this color should use the store's waitlist function to be notified. Granted, the waitlist may not be quick enough: who knows how quickly the second wave of phones will sell out. Google did not provide information as to when the handsets would be available or if this would represent the final run for the color, according to Android Police.
As well, as Apple's latest iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus new jet black color showcase sleek design, the Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones are line up in the U.S only n a bright and vivid blue finish. Since the Really Blue variant appears exquisite, it was sold out in just an hour after 24 hours of the unveiling event.
As of now Google has not officially confirmed when they would have the devices restock again. The word in the markets is that this might be the last run for the Really Blue Google Pixel and Pixel XL devices for quite a while. While it was branded as a limited edition, this is the return of the famous variant , and it is likely that this device would soon be available in more countries as well, as per Droid Men.
