Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is currently having a double XP Zombies weekend that will end on Monday 10 a.m. PST. The developers also announced several Salvage tips. However, a recent review noted that the developers are expected to offer more new features to the DLC-like game.
Infinity Ward reportedly launched the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare undead weekend for public matches. The promotion is reportedly unavailable for solo or private environments. The promo will only be available online with high-level unlocks.
Previously, the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare standard multiplayer was augmented with double XP. In addition, Infinity Ward also went to Twitter to reveal some tips on the Salvage system. The community managers reportedly revealed four different ways to quickly accumulate Salvage. Mission Team Rewards, Daily Login Bonuses, Supply Drops and Duplicate items in said supply drops reportedly contribute to the acquisition of Salvage.
The Salvage of the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is collected with progress. It is reportedly useful to craft different tiers in the weapon catalog. However, the Salvage drops reportedly take so much time to unlock a more advanced gun variant due to the size of the drops. Note that supply drops may be bought with real-world cash to earn Salvage more quickly.
Meanwhile, a recent Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare review reportedly noted the game as remarkably boring. The report noted that there were no new exciting game modes, no new weapons system despite the new skins and an overall familiarity. The battles were reportedly fast paced but it is said to only be similar to past COD games with nothing surprising.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare features bright colors, boss monsters and scary clowns. However, zombies was said to be a thing of the past "Black Ops III" bonus mode. In the meantime, the remastered game is now available for £64.99 on all gaming platforms with a £44.99 no remaster variant.
