Basically, what you want for your character is to have both Ki and Stamina at 125 and then reach a 82 HP mark. Afterwads, you'll need to get a QQ bang equipment that gives you 5+ in HP, 5+ in Ki, 5+ in Stamina and -5 in all Basic attacks, Strike Supers and Blast Supers.
The secret for this is that, you won't be able to beat Mira with your Ki Blasts alone. You need to rely on your combos in order to finish the battle quickly. But fear not, with the given stat build of your character, it only takes a few tries before you can easily beat Mira under 2-minutes.
