A new trailer for season 6 of “Teen Wolf” has been released and it looks like Stiles, played by Dylan Obrien) has been completely forgotten by his family and friends due to the Ghost Riders doing. Fans are not surprised though very disappointed to see the exit of his character due to his busy schedule. However, it looks like he’s actually coming back based on Tyler Posey’s message to their fans.
In an article from E! news, Tyler Posey has dropped hints of Dylan O’Brien’s return as Stiles in the series. In the message, he first calms down viewers saying “It's gonna be OK, babies. It's gonna be OK.” Then he goes on and explains that he is aware how important Dylan’s safety and return is for the viewers. He says he loves him too as he considers him as one of his best friends. And just like the viewers, he also misses him as much as they do. “But I'm letting you know I make it through it OK. So if I'm gonna be OK, you are gonna be OK. I promise. I promise."
And with that promise, fans now have a renewed hope that they will see Stiles back in the series before the final season ends. It’s just different to end the series when one of the main characters have gone missing so it really means a lot to the fans to be reassured of his return.
The last time Stiles was seen, he was having a hard time accepting that graduation is near. Later on, he started noticing weird changes in his surrounding like unfilled forms for his school when he was sure he already filled it up, his jersey given away, he wasn’t even informed that there was a lacrosse practice. He then discovers that the people around him have suddenly forgotten who he was including his family.
Now fans would just have to wait for his characters return. If time permits, he could be returning in the first 10 episodes but if not, fans don't have to worry because the series will have another 10 episodes next year.
