Fans are going crazy over the recent rumor of the "Twilight" stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson rekindling their once scorned relationship. The former couple is in the spotlight once again as news of a possible "Twilight" reboot film is making rounds online.
As was previously reported, Lionsgate's Patrick Wachsberger acknowledged the possibility of a sixth installment of the "Twilight" series.
"It's a possibility, not a certainty, but it's a possibility. It's about Stephenie [novelist Stephenie Meyer]. If she wants to tell a story related to those characters we're here for her," Wachsberger said.
Though fans may consider this possibility a thrilling idea, Stewart seems to think otherwise. The "Café Society" star has previously expressed her desire to take acting to another level. She wanted to go beyond "Bella Swan" and take on more mature and heavy roles for her upcoming movies.
As for Pattinson, reports say he is interested in starring in the much anticipated reboot film as he thinks that this would be a great comeback and stepping stone to spark his acting career. The duo's fans can just hope for the highly requested film to materialize in the near future.
Robsten supporters have not entirely given up on the couple's chance of getting back together amid the relentless dating rumors involving the two. News of the couple getting back together has been going on and off since the actress ended her relationship with Pattinson following her controversial affair with "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders in 2012.
As soon as Stewart and the "Remember Me" actor moved out of their joint apartment, the two have pursued relationships with others. Pattinson started dating singer and dancer FKA Twigs and has taken their relationship to another level as the two are already engaged.
Stewart, on the other hand, has been involved with numerous dating partners after she called it quits with Pattinson. She dated her former personal assistant Alicia Cargile, was involved in a kissing incident with Soko, and is now dating Cara Delevingne's ex-girlfriend, St. Vincent.
Thus, it is safe to say that the well-loved "Twilight" couple is now happy with their own relationships. Dating rumors may have gotten out of hand as news about the couple's possible "Twilight" reunion started. Robsten fans and "Twilight" supporters can just hope for the said movie's materialization.
