Bethesda and Arkane Studios have coordinated to release a patch on Dishonored 2 in order to improve the quality of the game in PC. There have been previous reports of problems with the mouse and overall performance, which the patch aims to solve.
Dishonored 2's Patch Fix For PC For A Better Performance
According to Game Spot, Dishonored 2 was launched with several mouse problems and unstable framerate. Fortunately, Bethesda and Arkane Studios were quick on their feet managed to launch a patch for PCs that have Nvidia drivers version 375.95.
In a report on PC Gamer, Dishonored 2's patch fix is only available in Beta, which can be downloaded from Steam. "When Dishonored 2 was launched, the game experienced PC performance problems on machines with specific configurations," the developer explained. "We're working to address some of these with our updates over time, and some will be addressed by driver updates released by our partners."
The problems on Dishonored 2 are the reason why some analysts are not yet finished with judging the game. However, with the latest patch released by Bethesda and Arkane, the players should be able to enjoy the game smoothly and without any malfunctions.
Dishonored 2's Patch Fix Updates
The latest patch of Dishonored 2 includes a mouse fix and a solution to unstable fps. The frames are sensitive with every click of the mouse. The fix on AMD cloth physics issue is integrated, too. Also, the game will not be a task priority of the CPU with the update.
To download the patch, the player needs to go to Steam. After right clicking Dishonored 2 in the library, a drop-down menu will show. After which, Properties should be clicked. The Beta patch should be under the Betas option. After clicking OK, the download will begin.
Bethesda will not stop to work on Dishonored 2 whether it is a game improvement or an update that will give a better gaming experience to the players. Hopefully, after the update has been incorporated into the PC version of the game, players will not encounter anymore glitches.
