Kanye West Praises Trump; Rants Onstage About Jay Z And Beyonce

After he voiced out his support for President-elect Donald Trump in a recent concert, Kanye West turned his eyes to Beyonce and Jay-Z by complaining about recent comments that Bey has made. How will West's fans react to these recent rants of their idol?

Some Believe West's Rants Will Upset His Fanbase

According to some fans, there were some things Kanye West did in his performance at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento during his Saint Pablo stop recently. He didn't start on time; he only rapped and sang a few songs, introduced Kid Cudi to the crowd, ranted about Bey and Jay Z, praised Trump, and cut short his concert.

His spiel on stage was videotaped by some fans and was posted on social media. It is apparent that the famous rapper made some comments about his positive views on Trump. He also said some things about the radio and hyped about Kid Cudi in great length and which groups inspire him.

West Said He Would Have Voted For Trump

In his spiel, West clearly said that he would have voted for Trump. He praised Trump's "method of communication" and said they are "very futuristic." But he also confirmed that he believes in the importance of political issues such as women's rights and Black Lives Matter.

But it is his rants about Bey and Jay Z that fans reacted to. "Beyoncé, I was hurt, because I heard that you said you wouldn't perform unless you won Video of the Year over me and over Hotline Bling," said West. "In my opinion, 'Now, don't go trying to diss Beyonce. She is great. Taylor Swift is great.' We are all great people. We are all people," West continued.

"But, sometimes, we be playing the politics too much and forgetting who we are, just to win. (Expletive) winning. (Expletive) looking cool. (Expletive) being cool," he continued. Sensing that the crowd is not taking to his words, West said "I been sent here to give y'all my truth, even at the risk of my own life, my own success, my own career," he added.
