'This Is Us' Update: Chrissy Meltz Plans To Lose Weight By Working Out 35 Minutes A Day; See Her Diet Plan Here

Recently, “This Is Us” star Chrissy Metz revealed her character, Kate, will go through a weight loss journey so she needs to make sure she can do it because it is also a part of her contract for the series. In one of her latest interview, she shares what she has been doing to start losing weight.

According to reports, the “This Is Us” actress does not want to do anything drastic so she is doing things slowly. She has already started with a better eating regimen. She also said she Milo has an amazing trainer who teaches him to do an exercise called “Rise” so she’s hoping to start that soon too. “Milo Ventmiglia has been doing it for seven years and he doesn’t look too bad,” she added.

She plans to start her workout for 35 to 40 minutes as she believes a person don’t really need to go all the way to lose weight. “you don’t have to kill yourself to see results.” She added. She’s doing this not just for the contract but also for herself so she want to shape up in “a healthy manner”

Moreover, she can’t really lose too much weight in a short amount of time because she needs to follow the storyline of the show. So in keeping that into consideration, the process of her losing weight will be gradual process and done in the right way. , “I have to be aware of not losing too much weight because of the show.” Metz said.

Metz is happy that people draw inspiration from her with how happy she is with her body so she reassures everyone that she’s doing this for herself. Many already know that Metz has been struggling with her weight since she was a little girl so when she turned 30, she said. “I had this epiphany that my life is my own and my choices are my own.”
