Bits and pieces about the new "Wonder Woman" film are constantly surfacing over the past weeks. From the trailer to the casting, the production team keeps on teasing fans on what to expect from the upcoming DC superhero movie. Now the latest update comes from the lead star herself, Gal Gadot, who talked about her ultimate Wonder Woman costume experience.
In her latest appearance in a Comic Con held on Rhode Island, the actress shared a couple of details about her firsts and experiences as the new Wonder Woman. One notable part of her interview was about the first time she tried her costume on.
Her first fitting of the superhero's costume was said to be three days after she got cast. She was flown to Michigan and was led to a huge hangar. The actress emphasized the "huge" part of her description as she talked about the hangar that had white walls covered with posters of her as the new superhero.
"And then, when they wanted me to try on the costume - because I was so excited that they cast me for the role - I couldn't say anything; I couldn't breathe, but I was like, 'That's okay. That's fine,'" the actress said of her experience. "It was really-really tight, and we adjusted it. And I love the costume. I think, it complements Wonder Woman very much so, as being the greatest warrior out there. And now it's much more comfortable."
The latest "Wonder Woman" trailer has been released, and even with the description given by the actress, her movements remained fluid and well-orchestrated throughout the entire preview. Patty Jenkins' epic action adventure features Diana, the princess of the Amazons as she leaves her beloved island to help stop impending wars. She then finds herself discovering powers she never knew she had with a mission to fulfill her destiny as Wonder Woman.
The much talked about DC superhero film "Wonder Woman" will hit theaters on June 2, 2017.
