Persona 5 is slated to launch on April 2017 instead of rolling out on Valentine's Day. Atlus is reportedly adding more features and characters to the game and launched several trailers to appease the expecting gamers. Moreover, a playable demo is also said to be available at the PlayStation Experience 2016.
Most recent reports reportedly revealed that Persona 5 will no longer be coming on the original launch date of Feb. 14, 2017. Apparently, the school-themed RPG has been delayed to April 2017 for gamers in America and Europe. However, Atlus reportedly announced some free content to appease their fans.
Atlus recently revealed a new Persona 5 trailer packed with loads of gameplay and graphics. Moreover, fans are reportedly receiving a free PS4 theme based on the game. The content was previously a paid content in Japan now made free.
Moreover, Atlus also announced that Persona 5 is going to be playable at the PlayStation Experience 2016. Furthermore, participants of the demo are also slated to receive a free trading card based on the game. Additionally, Japanese voice acting for the game will also be offered as a free DLC. Note that the full game is slated to release on the PS3 and PS4 on April 4, 2017.
In other news, Persona 5 is also expected to receive new characters. The sixth game in the series is expected to include Makoto Niijima and Yusuke Kitagawa. The latter is said to be an honor art student in Persona 5 joining the Phantom Thieves since he was orphaned at a young age.
Persona 5 Makoto Niijima, on the other hand, is the younger sister of Sae Niijima. The two have been featured in several trailers and gameplay.
