Resident Evil 7 gives those who want to have a house a chance to get a mansion for less than $200. This is the closest thing any gamer has with real estate. And the good news is that it will be available together with the game.
The offer is not a joke but if you are expecting a livable mansion then, of course, you will be disappointed. The mansion in question is part of Capcom's Resident Evil 7 collector's edition which will hit the stores next year.
The Louisiana mansion is an eight-inch replica of the creepy plantation house in the Resident Evil 7 game, which also doubles as a music box playing the "Go Tell Aunt Rhody" tune. Along with the collector's edition set is a 4 GB USB drive shaped like the dummy finger in the game, a VHS tape box, a SteelBook metal case, a creepy note, and a lithograph of the Baker family. The collector's edition is worth $179.99.
Resident Evil 7 features a new protagonist named Ethan who is searching for his missing wife. His search leads him to the derelict Louisiana mansion where he will meet the Baker family and other mutant creatures. The name of the character has been revealed through the game's trailer.
According to the ESRB rating, this is one of the goriest games in the franchise as dismembered bodies and hacked off limbs lie all over the areas. Everything will be put to good use as Ethan fights his way around the mansion for survival. Some of the weapons the character will be using includes pistols, chainsaws, flamethrowers, and even a shovel is put to good use, described the ESRB.
Resident Evil 7 will be released on Jan. 24, 2017 on Xbox, PlayStation 4, and PC. The game also has a PS4 VR support.
