"Lucifer" season 2, episode 10 titled "Quid Pro Ho" will be a continuation of the emotional scene between Chloe (Lauren German) and Lucifer (Tom Ellis). The devil decides to cool his heels after his therapist makes him realize his budding feelings for Chloe. While he comes to terms with these foreign emotions, Charlotte (Tricia Helfer) is plotting a way to use Chloe to make Lucifer come home.

In "Lucifer" season 2, episode 9, Lucifer almost lost Lux, his earthly home, when the real estate tycoon who leased it turned up dead. Despite his non-mortal origins, the devil has grown attached to his home and was devastated about the thought of losing it. Chloe has been quick to come to Luci's aide and she was able to prevent the authorities from bulldozing his home since it is a historical monument.
To show his appreciation, Lucifer invited Chloe for a fine dinner by an elite chef. The date was supposed to propel their relationship forward but Dr. Linda's suggestion that Charlotte was on earth to find Chloe spooked Lucifer too much that he ditched the date. Since Luci did not answer her text messages, Chloe decided to head home.

"Lucifer" season 2, episode 10 "Quid Pro Ho" will be about tradeoffs. Charlotte wants Lucifer to go home but Lucifer wants to stay on earth which is where he feels he belongs. However, Charlotte knows Luci will keep Chloe safe no matter what and she can use it to force her son's hand.
While Lucifer's mother Charlotte may have learned a thing or two about life on earth, this did not alter her plans. She is still bent on taking Lucifer home with her. After realizing how close Lucifer is to Chloe, Momma Morningstar finds a way to use her against her son.
Chloe is in real danger as Charlotte placed a bomb in her car and she is planning to detonate the bomb at the right moment. With some luck, Chloe comes out alive from this death threat. Lucifer begs Charlotte not to touch Chloe which leads his mother to question what is so "special about one little human."
Amenadiel would be on Charlotte's side and Lucifer's family will know why he is so attached to Chloe. There would also be other revelations and Amenadiel shares a piece of information with Charlotte in exchange for her complete honesty about her real motives.
