Recent spoilers of "Arrow" season 5 suggest that Deathstroke will come back in episode 100. It seems that it was Manu Bennett, the actor who played "Spartacus" in that TV series who teased about his appearance on the upcoming "Arrow" episode. This particular episode will also have Oliver Queen a.k.a the "Arrow" waking up in an alternate reality.
Deathstroke Was Spotted Behind The Scenes
Dressed in his full uniform, Deathstroke was spotted behind the scenes in the photo of the 100th episode of "Arrow" season 5 as well as in the four-night crossovers. This started the speculations that he is indeed included in the show. But since the photo is not conclusive, many fans are still wondering if that man in full uniform could really be Bennett or just another person.
Bennett teased about it and said the fans will have to watch the 100th episode to see for themselves. The photo was shared by Stephen Amell (Arrow) on Monday during the taping of the show. It indicated that the enemy is back. Manu Bennett is the actor who played the role of the original Deathstroke/Slade Wilson.
Speedy Will Also Be Coming Back
In a related development, BleedingCool reported that actress Willa Holland teased that fans of "Arrow" season 5 will see more of Speedy/Thea Queen on the show. Thea is the brother of Oliver who turned from her vigilante ways so that she can help her brother in his office as Mayor of Star City. She became Speedy when her brother was kidnapped by the gang of Tobias Church (Chad L. Coleman).
Speedy will also join the four-night crossovers and will be with The Flash (Barry Allen), Supergirl (Melissa Benoist), Spartan (David Ramsey) and the heroes of the Legends. They will fight against the Dominators, the alien invaders that want to rule the world. Watch the "Arrow" teaser below to get a taste of the action.
