Microsoft Starts To Ship Surface Studio Earlier Than Expected

Microsoft has started shipping some Surface Studio orders a little early. The company originally planned to ship the units to each and every customer in mid-December, but Microsoft has been emailing the first people to preorder the $3,000 device, letting them know that the Studio will arrive this week. However, Microsoft is still accepting preorders for the Surface Studio, but new devices won’t ship until next year.

According to Next power Up, Microsoft originally planned to start shipping its all-new Surface Studio next month,December. But surprisingly the company has started shipping Surface Studio orders a little early. If you were quick to order the computer, check your inbox to see a shipping notification. Besides from shipping orders earlier than expected, Microsoft has also opened a new dedicated support line for Surface Studio owners. Users can call a special number for questions, comments, or concerns.

Microsoft’s Surface Studio, the new creators-focused all-in-one PC that was unveiled at the company’s Windows 10 event in late October was initially expected to start shipping in the US on December 15. However, it seems that the company has since changed its plans as a tipster who pre-ordered the all-in-one PC warned Thurrott.com that Microsoft informed him that he would receive his Surface Studio as soon as this week, said the ON MST.
