Samsung Galaxy S8 Rumors: Curved Screens, No Home Button, 6 GB RAM, Snapdragon 830

Samsung's next flagship that is the Galaxy S8 is nearing its expected release date. With that, rumors about the device's specs and features are already surfacing unstoppably. Right now, Samsung hasn't really said a lot of things about the Galaxy S8, but rumors and leaks from different sources have already revealed a bunch of valid predictions about the upcoming Samsung smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy S8 Specs And Features

As of the latest news from GSM Arena, it was said that the Galaxy S8 could have 6 GB worth of RAM and 256 GB worth of internal storage. Of course, these memory and storage specs could also belong to a higher S8 model. This means that there could also be a model with 4 GB / 6 GB RAM accompanied by a 64 GB or 128 GB internal storage. It has been expected that the next S8 will still come in two variants.

It's worth noting though that a rumor has also come out about the S8 series being comprised of two curved screen variants. Nevertheless, it's still hard to believe that Samsung could afford losing customers who patronize their flat-screened Samsung S mobile phones. Going back to the rumored specs of the Samsung Galaxy S8, it has been previously rumored that the device will have a force-touch enabled display, an under-the-display fingerprint scanner and an iris scanner.

Samsung Galaxy S8 Release Date And Price

Galaxy S8 is expected to be made official first quarter of 2017. Its release will then probably start about a month after unveiling. Take note that Samsung hasn't confirmed the S8's release yet. However, based on previous releases, it's highly likely that Samsung will still stick to a Q1 unveiling of their Galaxy S flagship. As per Tech Radar, the next S phone from Samsung could get a price tag of around $850.
