Cliché as it may sound, but the idea of humans leaving the earth has been likened to that of a sci-fi blockbuster hit.Recently, a pentagon expert warns that the said happening will not just be an idea as it will soon be needed to happen. In one of his statements during a summit conference, deputy undersecretary of the Air Force for space Winston Beauchamp has claimed that it is imperative that nations must work together to get the human race off this planet onto another planet.
The Pentagon Expert On His Proposition
According to Daily Mail, Mr. Beauchamp was found to have spoken at a summit conference in Washington DC last week, which was hosted by the Defense One website. While in the conference, he was quoted to have urged the public that despite the political tension, nations must work hand-in-hand to save the human race. Moreover, the deputy undersecretary has also claimed that collisions or debris in orbit could be catastrophic, hence, it is just but vital for humans to be able to penetrate into space both to advance our state of technology and eventually get the human race off this planet onto another planet.
Meanwhile, it was found that the Pentagon experts are not alone in their belief humans will need to move planets one day. World Breaking News reports that in Stephen Hawking's statements earlier this month, he claimed that the planet earth is becoming a dangerous place because of the threat of war or disease. In one of his interviews, Professor Hawking explains that life on Earth is at an ever-increasing risk of being wiped out by a disaster, such as a sudden nuclear war, a genetically engineered virus, or other forms of danger. Additionally, the renowned physicist believes that if humans cannot go to space as early as possible, it will be the end of the human race.
