Lil Wayne New Album Updates: Funeral, A Direct Diss To Birdman

"The more time you spend contemplating what you should have done, you lose valuable time planning what you can and will do", a great quote from the controversial rapper Lil Wayne.

Lil Wayne is a notorious rapper and will not bow down to anybody, including his former best friend and family, Birdman. The two artist goes way back in time. They have enjoyed success together and they've taste bitter defeat as brothers. For those younger generation who doesn't know the dynamic duo, you can check out their works in Youtube. Lil Wayne and Birdman's beef is fully documented and it is getting uglier everyday. Remember when Lil Wayne said that Birdman is no family? Well, right after he made those comments, he went straight to the recording studios and added a diss track directed to Birdman. As per reports, "Funeral Project" will start and end the war between Birdman and Lil Wayne. We are still waiting on Birdman's response and we know he got a few tricks on his own too.

Tha Carter V Dilemma

The original plan was to release the album in 2014 and it didn't happen. Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. or Lil Wayne, expressed his annoyance in Instagram. Lil Wayne and Birdman have still not settled their dispute over the rapper's album "Tha Carter V," but it looks like nothing's going to stop Wayne from releasing new music. "To all my fans, I want u to know that my album won't and hasn't been released bekuz [sic] Baby & Cash Money Rec refuse to release it," Wayne said.

“I have a whole bunch of good news coming soon,” the rapper said. “If you are a Wayne fan, I know we been going through tough times right now. But if you’re a Wayne fan, we able to hold our heads high,” he added when asked about the Funeral Project. Right now, Birdman and Wayne haven’t talked to each other.
