‘Naruto Shippuden’ News And Updates: Schedule For Upcoming Anime Adaptations Of New Arcs Released

With just one more episode left until “Naruto Shippuden” Season 21 ends, the release date for its upcoming new anime television adaptations has been announced. After the latest season, it has been reported that “Naruto Shippuden” will air three stories from the “Naruto” series. The three stories will be taken from “Naruto Hiden/Shinden”, translated at “Naruto Hidden Story/True Story”.

The first arc, which is based on Uchiha Sasuke’s life, titled “Naruto: Sasuke’s Story – Sunrise” or “Sasuke Shiden: Book of Sunrise”. It will touch the Sasuke’s atonement for his regrets and mistakes as he looks forwards for a brighter future. It will air this December 2016 and most likely immediately after the last episode of the current season ends.

The next arc will shift to Shikamaru Nara’s story titled “Shikamaru Hiden: A Cloud Drifting in Silent Darkness”. It will feature Shikamaru coping with life years after the Fourth Shinobi War ended and getting in the middle of a mysterious adventure that involves samurais. The said arc will air in the month of January 2017.

The third and last arc focusing on the lives of the main lead characters from Konoha Village is titled “Konoha Hiden: The Perfect Day for a Wedding”. It will be set in a time when Kakashi Hatake is Hokage of Konoha and is busy preparing for the wedding of Naruto and Hyuuga Hinata. It will be broadcasted in February 2017.

The three epilog stories will be aired after “Naruto Shippuden” Season 21 wraps up. The final episodes of the ongoing season for the said anime delves on the “Boyhood” arc. It reveals the untold stories of Naruto when he was still a child and the Kyuubi, also known as the Nine-Tails, was still sealed inside him.

There is no announcement yet on how episodes each arc will run but it has already been determined that one month each has been allotted for every arc. Fans will probably get four to five episodes per month on each arc. “Naruto Shippuden” Season 21 Episode 485 will air on TV Tokyo on Dec. 8.
