'Rick And Morty' Season 3 News And Updates: Upcoming Season Release Date Confirmed? Who Would Help Rick Escape Jail?

There have been speculations that "Rick and Morty" season three will premiere this December, just before the year ends. Now, many are questioning that possibility since there still hasn't been any announcement with regards to that yet.

"Rick And Morty" Season 3 December Release Date To be Pushed Back To March 2017

It has already been rumored countless of times during the past year that the upcoming "Rick and Morty" season three will be coming into light before the end of 2016. Now, the fans of the animated series have begun to doubt that information since it is already December and the end of the year is just right around the corner. The news on the December release date started when it has been alleged that the writers are already finished writing the storyline for the season earlier this year.

Series creator Dan Harmon retracted his previous statement saying that the third season of "Rick and Morty" will become within 2016, saying that he has no authority to divulge such information. This has then set the fans' minds to come to the conclusion that it will not be released within the year. However, there have been new reports that it will premiere on March 2017 instead. The said date is now more possible to meet especially since it has been reported that there has only been three full episodes that have been animated and that the rest are still currently being worked on.

Will Summer And Morty Be Successful In Getting Rick Out Of Jail In "Rick And Morty" Season 3?

As for the upcoming storyline, it has been speculated that Morty will come to rescue Rick form jail with the help of sister, Summer. The latter has been theorized to be joining more of Rick and Morty's adventures in the upcoming season, probably led by the fact that she has come to the rescue. As it would appear in the upcoming season, Summer will prove to be more competent than Morty as she proves herself to be as such.
