There are lots of guessing as to why Season 6 might be the last season for Arrow. Some rumors also circulating that Arrow Season 6 might not happen at all. Ending the speculations, executive producers Wendy Mericle and Marc Guggenheim already confirmed the sixth season of the Arrow. Guess they're hoping for redemption after getting low ratings from the previous season.
On the other hand, fans of The CW's TV Series, Arrow, are not happy that the show will continue beyond season 5.
Stephen Amell Not In Favor Of Season 6
Though the fact that Arrow will still aired season 6, there has been conflicts between Stephen Amell (lead character of the Arrow) and the producers behind the film. Reports say that it started because of these disagreements. But what's the reason behind the conflict?
According to some reports, the dispute was reported to be caused by creative contrasts. Stephen Amell is said to be unhappy over where Arrow Season 6's plot is going to.
In an interview, Arrow's lead actor opened about how he's usually jumbled about where the story was really going. He also revealed how he's been having second thoughts about his role in the TV series. Plus, he's also probably aware about the show's low ratings. And since the producers seems to be eager still to create another season, in which Stephen Amell might be replaced by another actor.
Fans Speak Up About Arrow Season 6
According to Yibada, fans of Arrow led by Stephen Amell that season 5 is the end story for "Arrow". It somehow concluded the story that makes fans also not anymore happy if there is a next season. Some fans also agree that they are "sacrificing" the quality of Arrow's successor Season 1 and Season 2 if they continue to produce Season 6.
It's not impossible to notice how fans of Arrow have been uninterested since season 4, when the show started to run out of good storylines.
Live viewers also started to decrease in numbers, and the last time the show had good ratings was back in Season 3. Reports say that there wasn't a single episode of Arrow Season 5 that garnered 2 million viewers. I simply put, that fans just seemed to lose interest, unless they turn the new plot interesting for Arrow Season 6.
