The relationship of "Teem Mom 2" stars Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin is now officially over as their divorce petition has been finalized by the court. As they are now both single, Javi confirmed the rumors that he is romantically involved with another woman and his ex-wife does not seem happy about it.
After announcing their plans to have a divorce earlier this year, Kailyn and Javi's four-year marriage is now officially dissolved. The latter confirmed in an interview that Kailyn's petition for divorce was already granted and that they are going to have a shared custody over their three-year-old son, Lincoln.
"It's true, it's been finalized," Javi said regarding the status of his and Kailyn's divorce petition. However, he did not go into further details about financial support as he and his ex are both earning well from their respective careers
"I don't need any money from her. I can provide for my own son," Javi said. "I didn't take her for child support because I do have 50/50 of Lincoln," he added.
It can be recalled that Kailyn filed for divorce in December 2015. This followed Javi's accusations of his ex having extra-marital relationships with both men and women that pained their marriage. Javi then announced that he discovered his ex's wrongdoings when he logged in to Kailyn's computer account. Kailyn has not confirmed any of these allegations though and fought back saying they did not really have a happy marriage.
Meanwhile, Javi has been the subject of rumors claiming that he is already dating a woman who, according to reports, happens to look like Kailyn. Being a single man once again, Javi has already opened up about his relationship with Cassie Bucka who was already linked to him a few months ago.
Recent rumors have revealed that Javi has been spotted out on what it seems like a date with Cassie. Latest reports have divulged that Cassie is also in the Air Force, a reason for the two to be seen together. As the new couple becomes public, Kailyn has been posting on her Twitter about her thoughts on her ex's new relationship. She even answered the rumors that Javi's new girlfriend is her lookalike.
It is then unclear if Javi will continue to appear on "Teen Mom 2" season 8. However, the trailer for the new season featured the ex-couple having arguments about their failed marriage. "Teen Mom 2" season 8 will premiere on MTV on Jan. 2, 2017.
