The Wooden Mask, although doesn't have any enchantments and only has an armor rating of 2, is an important item to get the tenth secret Dragon Priest Mask in Skyrim. Putting on the mask will send you back in time before the Bromjunaar Sanctuary were destroyed.

Travel to the island of Solstheim to start the Dragonborn quest line. The first mask you can get is Ahzidal's mask, which gives you 50 percent Fire Resistance and 25 percent Fire Damage. The second mask is Dukaan and gives 50 percent resistance to Frost and 25 percent to Frost Damage. You can get Dukaan in White Ridge Barrow. The next mask is Zahkriisos which gives you 50 percent resistance to Shock and 25 percent shock damage; it can be found in Bloodskal Barrow accessible only through Raven Rock Mine during the quest "The Final Descent."
