Star Wars Battlefront update 1.11 has been released by DICE for PS4 and Xbox One, and it contains DLC support for the PlayStation VR X-Wing mission and at the same time Rogue One Scarif content. For those who are owners of Star Wars Battlefront season pass, the Scarif DLC is available. It has four maps such as Scarif Beach, Scarif Jungle, Landing Pad 13, and Shield Gate. For those who are not owners of the Season Pass, you may wait until Dec. 20 for the DLC.
Jyn Erso and Orson Krennic will appear as playable characters in the Rogue One DLC, and it will be the first attempt to feature these characters in a video game. They are also equipped with updated and new versions of their weapons.
The Rogue One DLC has integrated a new game mode called Infiltration. It is an intense multi-level game mode that will require players to come across three different phases of unpredictable experiences and objectives. The battles involve fighting among U-wings and Star Destroyers, as well as formulating distractions for the allies that are on the beachheads of Scarif.
Star Wars Battlefront could be best experienced through infiltration, since players will have to get together to offer an aid to the Rebel Alliance in order to obtain a great win within the entire Galactic Empire. PlayStation VR X-Wing mission is also now available for those who own PS4. Although the DLC is free, you will still need a PlayStation VR headset just to play it. There were also patch notes for the update 1.11 that were unveiled, according to Attack of the Fanboy.
The Death Star DLC has now added Cargo and Droid to run to the death star interior levels. A bug was also resolved, and players could now spawn multiple heroes by waiting within the hero selection screen. For more information, you may check the details of the Star Wars Battlefront patch notes.
