The team at "NCIS Los Angeles" was busy pursuing the case of a Navy Lieutenant Commander who is reportedly missing. Although this requires lots of sleuthing and detective work for the team, there are also great things happening on the side of Marty Deeks and Kensi Blye. It appears that the situation between the two will affect the story flow of the show.
The Show Will Make Room For Ruah's Pregnancy
It is no longer a secret that Daniela Ruah is pregnant. Kensi and Deeks (Christian Olsen) have teased a few months back that the show will accommodate her real-life pregnancy. "As most of you may have noticed or not, I have a baby in my belly," admitted Ruah. Her pregnancy was originally kept secret in the show, but the producers apparently have made some adjustments to the story to accommodate her situation.
As it is, there will be a change in the story line of "NCIS Los Angeles." According to Olsen, the catalyst for this change is Ruah's actual pregnancy. Apparently, Deeks will also try again to make his proposal to Kensi. It is "a really fantastic engagement," teased the actor. But there will also be additional challenges for the two as they prepare for their eventual parenthood.
Is Miguel Ferrer Really Sick?
In a related development, Morning News USA reported that Miguel Ferrer, a mainstay of "NCIS Los Angeles" will be exiting the show presumably because he is sick. Ferrer plays Owen Granger in the show since it aired its first episode. The report also said that he suffered a stroke some few weeks back. This is apparently the reason why there is no movement lately in his social media accounts.
Does he not want his fans or the public to know about his illness? Another report from Chatt Sports Net also revealed that the production team of "NCIS Los Angeles" has been preparing the exit of Ferrer from the show. This includes a story on the seventh episode that will indicate that he is suffering from an undisclosed health problem that could lead to his death.
