Just complete the main story in Final Fantasy XV, head to the open world then go to Lestallum near Vesperpool. To get al l the Legendary Weapons, you must be able to kill post-game secret boss or monsters that Randolph will send you. You also should give Randolph every item that you will be able to collect once you defeat the monsters he sent you. As a reward, Randolph will give you the Legendary Weapon. Here's the guide to the Legendary Weapon locations and their stat.

Iron Juke

The Iron Juke is the first Legendary Weapon that you will come by in Final Fantasy XV. You can get this Legendary Weapon in the quest A Legend is Born at Level 55 at Lestallum. Get the Malbodoom using Blizzard spells and rear attacks to help avoid its bad breath.

The third Legendary Weapon in FFXV is the Ziedrich shield. You will find it in the quest Legend Wrapped in an Enigma at Level 75. Go to Fallgrove Parking at night and fight the enemies you will see there. Hunt the 2x Sir Tonberry's to get the Chef's Knife. The next Legendary Weapon you should get in Final Fantasy XV is the Soul Saber in Cursed Legend at Level 85. This weapon adds 12 MP and wields even greater force when its wielder's stamina goes low. It also has an Attack of 343 and 15,000 EXP when you get this weapon by beating Phalaris. Although he's a big boss, he's kind of slow so all you have to do is perform several swift attacks to kill him and get the Resplendent Hollowhorn.

Zwill Crossblades

Last but not the least is the Zwill Crossblades available in Wondrous Weapon at Level 99. Getting the Zwill Crossblades is no walk in the park in Final Fantasy XV since Naglfar is the highest level enemy you will have to fight in FFXV. You have to have plenty of healing items and fire magic spells to defeat him to get the Squirming Bone. Getting this Legendary Weapon adds 345 Attack, 25 more Magic and +5 MP to you. An additional bonus of 20,000 EXP also awaits you when you finish Wondrous Weapon quest. The Zwill Crossblades is your perfect weapon to avoid blows and becomes very deadly as long as its wielder has a full health.
