Former "One Direction" member Louis Tomlinson recently had a massive downfall in his life as his mother recently died as she battled with Leukemia. A few days after her death, Louis continued to perform on stage for the X-Factor despite the grief as he fulfils his mother's dying wish.
Louis Tomlinson Performs First Single "Just Hold On" Few Days After His Mother's Death
Just recently, along with the excitement in releasing his newest single, Louis Tomlinson was in a terrible state as his mother had recently died after a battle with Leukemia. Louis was scheduled to perform on X-Factor last Saturday night, and after his mother's death a few days earlier, mentor and judge Simon Cowell expected the singer to cancel his performance. Everybody else expected for him to do the same thing and spend time with his family. However, despite his moment of grief, he kept his word and performed his first single, "Just Hold On."
Louis was very emotional during his performance and so were the people that surrounded him. Despite having been broken up with the group already, the former "One Direction" members have all gathered together with him during that night to support him in his moment of grief. They all gathered together backstage, each flying from different states just to be with their friend. One former member, Zayn Malik, did not go with them but was sure to send his condolences to his friend via Twitter. Nevertheless, Louis was definitely not alone has he performed his debut single, in honor of his mother's dying wish.

After his performance, Louis was spotted partying until dawn in "Celebration of his mother's life" together with former "One Direction" members, Niall and Liam, his sister Lottie, his stepfather Dan, and his girlfriend, "The Originals" actress, Danielle Campbell. All of his friends and family were supportive of him, even by doing it through social media. His ex-girlfriend and mother of his son, Briana also shared her grief by posting a touching message on her Instagram account.
