Are you into Instagram App? Then this update is for you! Instagram has just released a new feature that allows you to save other people’s posts to view at a later time. In its announcement, Instagram suggests you could use the feature for those times when you “stumble upon a funny video you want to remember, a new outfit you like or even inspiration for an upcoming vacation.”
Instagram New Feature Allows Users To Bookmarks Posts From Other People
According to CNET, the brand-new Instagram feature announced on Wednesday will now let you bookmark your favorite photos and videos and add them to a folder of all the posts you've saved. The new IG update will make it easier to find the posts you want to review later on. It's a little bit like Pinterest, which has the same feature as part of its bookmarking app.
Once you’ve updated to the latest version of the app, you’ll see a little bookmark icon – similar to the one on Facebook – in the bottom-right corner of each post. Tap it and the post will be saved on a private tab in your profile. It’s as simple as that. As reported by Highsnobiety, Instagram says the bookmarking icon is rolling out now in version 10.2 of its mobile app for iOS, Android and Windows 10.
