'Doctor Who' Series 10 is all set to bring thrill in the homes of everyone watching the show. In the previous episodes, many were shocked with how the life of the lead characters went. This time, creators of the show prepared more exciting collaborations from well-loved characters in previous hit shows.
'Doctor Who' Series: Lead Character To Meet James Bond Personally, Will Agent 007 Work With Doctor And Bill?
According to Movie News Guide, news speculated that Doctor and Bill, played by Peter Capaldi and Pearl Mackie, would work with the iconic character Agent 007. One of its creators, Steven Moffat, revealed that he would want to see James Bond joining the popular show.
Sources stated that James Bond would be playing the role of Time Lord, as it would be easy for him to be on the show with that specified portrayal. James Bond has been played by many veteran actors changing his physical features many times, it would never be shocking to see him turn as an alien.
Moreover, the show would likely revolve on the story of Doctor and Nardole working together with a character somewhere in New York City.
This made Moffat realized that he would want to have many crossovers in the future with regards to the show.
"Doing a James Bond [themed] Doctor Who for Christmas? Well, I'm running out of Christmases to do,"
"I'd like Doctor Who to meet the real James Bond, that'd be awesome. They wouldn't get on at all."
Shifting gears, the upcoming season would feature Capaldi going back as the Twelfth Doctor. Mackie would be replacing Jenna Coleman in order to portray the role of a Time Lord's companion.
One of the sources stated that the show could be a new beginning as new companion enters into the TARDIS.
