FIFA 17 players will be experiencing the return of FUTmas this year. It is a Christmas event that gives away numerous FIFA Ultimate Team gifts for anyone who will check in within the entire holiday season. EA Sports made a confirmation about the return of this annual holiday event which gives a chance for those FIFA 17 old and new players to access many modified challenges, special tournaments, and mystery packs.
Daily squad building challenges can be played from Dec. 16-25, and this focuses on players who will wear shirt numbers based on the date during a certain day. The squad building challenges will be giving festive mystery packs for those players from Dec. 25 to 27. The Daily Tournaments and Weekend League Qualifiers will be dropping their respective squad requirements up until Dec. 28, and this will give gamers the chance to have the game in time for Christmas for only few days' right in time before the end of FUTmas.
FUTmas or the FIFA Ultimate mode is still one of the famous popular aspects of its whole franchise, however those who are some free pro-LGBTQ content for its recent game mode has made EA Sports Canada to have a slight issue with some Russian parliamentarians. FIFA-related drama has been consistent this year, since the company also became a victim to the multi-millionaire dollar FIFA coin fraud scam. This led to an FBI fraud investigation and resulted to bringing many nefarious hackers into court, as reported by Game Rant.
On the lighter side, the holidays will be bringing a light feel for FIFA 17 gamers. The franchise is still having its normal load of glitches and questionable AI, yet they have introduced a new single player story mode which brought in a great success for the game. FIFA 17 is available for PC, Xbox One, PS4, and PS3.
