Faraday Future released another teaser video of their newest sports utility vehicle going up against other fast cars in a drag race. The cars involved are a Ferrari 488 GTB, a Bentley Bentayga and a Tesla Model X P100D. The teaser video clearly shows that the three well-known cars are no match against Faraday Future's new sports utility vehicle.
An Even Faster Sports Utility Vehicle From Faraday Future
The Tesla Model X P110D is capable of reaching zero to 60 miles in just 2.9 seconds and is known as having the fastest acceleration time from the other two rivals. The 3.9liter twin turbo V8 Ferrari 488 GTB can reach zero to 60 miles in three seconds, while the Bentley Bentayga, which is said to be the fastest sports utility vehicle, have a zero to 60 miles record of 3.5 seconds. Faraday Future is evidently showing that their sports utility vehicle has a quicker acceleration.
Faraday Future's Vehicle May Reach 60 Miles In Just 2.7 Seconds
Little is known from Faraday Future's sports utility vehicle at this point. From what we know, the vehicle is still set to debut at the Consumer Electronics Show that will be held on January. The teaser video has not revealed much on how the sports utility vehicle will look like as it's heavily camouflaged in black vinyl. The vehicle, being able to outrun the three vehicles, may be capable of hitting the zero to 60 mile mark in just 2.7 seconds. It would have been more interesting if the Tesla Model S P100D were challenged instead of the Model X, as the Model S is capable of hitting zero to 60 miles in just 2.5 seconds. However, the video also quoted "more torque to come" at the ending, which may means that Faraday Future has not really revealed their true potential yet during the video.
