New Update Arrives To Skyrim Remastered, Full Details Revealed

Skyrim Remastered fans are in for a huge treat. This is after Bethesda surprisingly released yet another update, giving the title the much needed improvements and enhancements. Unfortunately, no new features have been introduced. It's still a good thing that majority of the bugs or issues have been fixed, though.

According to Express, the titular game received a new patch for its PC version. The update for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One followed thereafter. Overall, it's all about introducing fixes (despite them not being major really). It's really a good thing to see just how committed the studio is in providing updates for the game.

The Skyrim Remastered update is called 1.3. It provides general stability and a couple of performance improvements. The issue where players notice the slow time effects not working or behaving accordingly has also been fixed. For players who use monitors with 144hz displays, this update is all moonlight and roses. It now has better support for the said display resolution. Moreover, logging in back to the official site of Bethesda won't be an issue now.

Prior to its release, the remastered title already has a huge following. Players from all over the world are anticipating what it's all about. Fortunately, it was well-received, despite the lack of mods. The game includes all the content from the original installment. It also offers the entire DLCs deemed as post-releases.

Among these contents in Skyrim Remastered is the Dawnguard expansion as well as its questline. Also part of it is the Hearthfire (home improvements, in particular) DLC and the add-ons from the Dragonborn content. Sadly, players can't expect new DLCs to arrive. There are ongoing rumors, however, that the game might have its own version in Nintendo Switch (though, as of this writing, nothing has been confirmed).
