Giant tech company Apple is rumored to launch its powerful iPhone 8 codenamed as "Ferrari" in 2017. Its leaked specs and features make it a great contender of Nokia's premium flagship model, the Nokia P said to be the model that will redeem Nokia's integrity and popularity. There's no better way of knowing which is the better device than comparing the two. Check the thrilling discussions below.

The iPhone 8 Ferrari is said to have a price tag of $900-$1000. As to why, many fans and critics are comparing it to the Samsung Galaxy S8 price which is expected to costs around $810. As for the Nokia P, there are no basis for its price tag yet, but if we observe on the common price tags of the high-end smartphones from giant companies, most of them cost around $600-$900, depending on the storage unit of course.

Design

For the iPhone 8's design, let's first tackle the most popular design specs. It will have an all-glass design, a software-based home button similar to the Google Pixel phones, curved edges, and stainless steel frames which can be seen on the Apple watches. For its non-popular design specs, it will be foldable, smaller than the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, and also thinner.

On the other hand, the Nokia P is kind of hard to determine, because there are no leaked body specs yet for the device. However, it is rumored that the Nokia P is bigger than the two variants of the Nokia D1C and will have a similar size to the Nokia Z2 Plus.

Display

The iPhone 8 Ferrari will either have an OLED display or AMOLED display. However, latest reports suggest that it will be OLED. It will have a 2560 x 1440 screen resolution and will also have a fingerprint scanner on its display screen. As for the Nokia P, all we know is that it will feature 2k resolution.

Platform

Though the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus are rumored to feature 3 GB of RAM, the iPhone 8 Ferrari is said to feature 4 GB of RAM. It will run on iOS 10.2 or higher and be powered by an A11 Fusion chip. There are only 2 leaks about the Nokia P: it will be sporting a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chip and will feature 6 GB of RAM.

Camera

The cameras of the iPhone 8 will be similar to the cameras seen on the iPhone 7 Plus, but with little upgrades. And for its features, it is said to have optical image stabilization on both lens of its rear camera. As for the Nokia P, the only thing known is that it will feature a 23 MP rear camera.

Features

The iPhone 8 Ferrari is said to have a wireless charging feature that will let the user charge from a distance of 5 meters from the charging device. Also, though there have not yet been any announcements that the iPhone 8 will be compatible with the new Bridge headset, it is confirmed that the mixed-reality headset is compatible with the iPhone 6, 6s, and 7 models. So we can really expect that the iPhone 8 models will be compatible with the Bridge.

For the Nokia P, it is well-known that Nokia is planning to make a big comeback next year and will probably launch their new smartphones on February 27. Given that virtual reality is becoming a thing now that smartphones must have to further catch the attention of the buyers, we could expect that the Finnish company might also make their own VR/AR headset if they want to bring back their gloriou days.
