Blizzard has once again blessed its fans with loots and in-game items; this time, for World of Warcraft players. The Feast of Winter Veil gifts are now available until Jan. 2. Each player will be rewarded a gift by completing a specific quest. There are six quests available, meaning each player can get six gifts with random items inside including the Endorthermic Blaster and the Disposable Winter Veil Suits. There are few new rewards, but there are no big changes and the holiday season is almost same as usual.
World of Warcraft Feast of Winter Veil Presents
After giving away items to Overwatch players, Blizzard now turned to its World of Warcraft fans. A total of six presents can be opened by completing six different quests. These quests are offered by the gift itself under the tree in Ironforge for Alliance and Orgrimmar for the Horde. Level 1 quest will reward players the holiday items: Winter Veil Cookie, three Warm Woolen Socks that comes in different colors and a "Merry Munchkin" Costume.
The second to fourth quests are available at level 10, which gives players a chance to obtain two unique items - the famous Disposable Winter Veil Suit and the Endothermic Blaster. The fifth quest at level 20 rewards four items, with each teaching players how to summon four different companions including a reindeer and a snowman. The last available quest will give a present that contains many items including the unique scroll that teaches engineers how to summon a Snowmaster.
How To Obtain Winter Veil Presents From Previous Years
For players who missed out the previous years' special gifts, they can still acquire the items through other means. Toy vendors Clockwork Assistant, Craggle Wobbletop and Jepetto Joybuzz sell an item called Stolen Presents. This Stolen Presents item has a big chance of containing the special holiday items for the previous years starting 2007.
The celebration in this holiday season for World of Warcraft does not end there. The Feast of Winter Veil also offers a large discount to mounts and pets. There is also the Sigecrafter Blackfuse in Siege of Orgrimmar worth checking out. He has dressed himself in holiday attire and decorated his place with lights and wreaths. Even his sawblades are made out of Christmas wreaths!
