Microsoft is one of the quietest companies when it comes to matters regarding new releases. They are practically mum about the rumors and simply reveal their new products when they feel ready. As for fans, the only thing they can do is lurk for clues to find out what the company has planned. With that said, one of the most anticipated Microsoft releases is the Surface Pro 5. The company may be silent about this device but considering the discounts given to the Surface Pro 4, it's hard to let go of the possibility that the Surface Pro 5 is coming.
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 On Sale
As per GSM Arena's report from last week, Amazon UK was selling the Surface Pro 4 with a discount. The Intel Core m3 version of the tablet was listed for £675 which practically gives it a £75 discount. Right now, the said device is no longer on a £75-off sale but it's still discounted.
The said Surface Pro 4 variant is now being sold for £699 at Amazon UK. That's around £50 worth of discount, so it's still a good buy. This sale may be from an external retailer, but still, it's difficult not to consider the idea that giant retailers are always in the know of upcoming releases.
Microsoft Surface Pro 5 Coming Up?
The Surface Pro 5 is one of the most anticipated tablet releases of 2017. This device is expected to be super high-end, premium and way above-average. The Pro 5 is said to be powered by an Intel Kaby Lake processor and have 16 GB worth of RAM. It should also come with an improved Surface Pen and an impressive 4K resolution.
The Surface Pro 5 has been rumored for an early 2017 arrival. However, with Microsoft's silence on this matter, nothing is quite sure yet. Nevertheless, there's good chance that this 2-in-1 device is really coming in next year considering the fact that Microsoft did not release a Surface Pro 4 successor this year.
